Responsibilities of the Human Resource Payroll Manager Include:

Lead payroll operations for U.S. and Canadian staff, making sure all processes follow national and local laws. Coordinate payroll timelines, balance reports, and manage cycles to meet internal policies and legal standards. Work closely with Finance, HR, and outside partners to keep payroll systems connected and data accurate. Handle audits, tax filings, and payments to government agencies like the IRS and CRA, ensuring full compliance. Track performance metrics and service benchmarks to maintain high standards across payroll operations. Qualifications for the Human Resource Payroll Manager Include:

5–7 years of progressive payroll experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams and operations. Proven expertise in U.S. and Canadian payroll processing, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting. Strong understanding of payroll systems and HRIS integrations, with hands-on experience in ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP GlobalView. Skilled in Oracle HCM Cloud for payroll data management, system integrations, and reporting functions. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field — CPP or PCP certification preferred. Compensation for the Human Resource Payroll Manager Includes:
