Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2-4 years in business communications, non-profit governance support, or related fields Experience with volunteer leadership organizations is preferred Familiarity with Robert’s Rules of Order and organizational policies Ability to develop efficient business processes and improve existing ones Familiar with technical societies, councils, or cross-departmental work Proficiency in written and verbal communication for diverse purposes Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines Adaptable to changing business needs and technologically savvy Understanding of IEEE systems, intellectual property deployment, and virtual conference tools is beneficial Experience with financial data and basic budgeting practices How to Apply
