You'll collaborate closely with professional staff and volunteer leaders to streamline our processes and enhance efficiency. Key Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience:

2-4 years in a similar role, ideally within a volunteer-based organization.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to effectively engage with a diverse group including volunteers, members, and vendors.

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Comfort with speaking to audiences of various sizes.

Experience documenting workflows and supporting administrative functions.

Additional Responsibilities

Process award payments, manage recognition items, and coordinate with vendors.

Organize international meetings with attention to time zone differences.

Support membership initiatives, generate reports, and manage promotional activities.

Address GDPR requests and assist in data analysis for society functions.
