Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Required Education and Experience
Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent experience Experience in human resources, employee relations, or a similar HR leadership role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to deliver training and mentor team members Preferred Education and Experience
Experience in manufacturing or industrial HR SHRM or HRCI certification General Requirements
Hands-on leadership approach with a strong sense of integrity and discretion Ability to coach, mentor, and support supervisors and team members Skilled communicator with the ability to resolve conflicts and build trust across teams Strong understanding of labor law, safety standards, and compliance practices Essential Functions
Oversee HR policies and programs including employee relations, onboarding, disciplinary actions, staffing, and training Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategy with business goals Supervise and develop the HR team Manage performance reviews, coaching initiatives, and employee recognition programs Serve as a liaison between employees and leadership Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations Administer HR communications, policies, and handbooks Lead leadership development and workforce planning initiatives Support cross-functional projects and special initiatives Work Environment and Physical Demands
On-site at a fast-paced production facility Frequent interaction with employees across shifts and departments Regular exposure to manufacturing conditions including temperature variation Must be able to stand for extended periods and navigate production areas Physical Requirements
Ability to use hands for documentation, tools, and communication equipment Must be able to move through the facility including stairs and production zones Clear communication in-person and via radio or phone Travel
