Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient knowledge of MicroSoft Suite with emphasis on Word, Excel and Adobe Knowledge of office management Strong communication, management and analysis skills Ability to demonstrate initiative and organize activities Ability to prioritize and work with multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work as part of a professional team and collaborate effectively with individuals within the university as well as outside contractors Required Education And/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent Three years of administrative secretarial experience Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Experience working in medical/academic office Experience using PatientKeeper and eCW Experience working in social media Experience writing webpage content Seniority level
