We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Technical Recruiter
to join our growing team in Playa Vista, CA. In this onsite, full-time role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of technical positions, partnering with hiring managers, engineers, and leadership to attract top-tier talent in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
Own and drive full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering and other technical functions. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals. Develop tailored sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using a variety of tools, platforms, and networks. Manage and optimize candidate experience from first outreach to offer acceptance. Maintain accurate candidate data and reporting through our ATS, Greenhouse. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning and hiring strategies. Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, especially in the aerospace and tech community. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes. Be proactive in learning about our products and teams. Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record of hiring top engineering and technical talent from entry to Director level. 3+ years of experience recruiting in the aerospace sector – familiarity with the unique demands, roles, and talent pools within the industry. Experience in startup or high-growth environments; ability to thrive in a fast-moving setting. Strong sourcing skills and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and creative networking to attract top talent. Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to influence hiring teams and drive results. Desired Qualifications
Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS. Staffing agency experience. Compensation and Employment Details
California annual base salary range for this role is currently $122,000–$145,000. Pay grades are determined by role, level, location, and market data. Individual pay is determined on a case-by-case basis based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and internal equity. Legal and Compliance
