Description
Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain payroll records, including wages, deductions, benefits, and garnishments. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of payroll processing experience, manufacturing is a plus (will be processing for 1,000 people) Knowledge of payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, or similar) and timekeeping software. (Kronos) Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. Experience with benefits, garnishments, accruals, labor, adjustments, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
