The Personal Assistant will provide high-touch support to the Chairman’s wife and daughters, coordinating family-related tasks and projects while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires impeccable discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure settings, brings a “no task too big or small” mindset, and is comfortable balancing professional and personal responsibilities with diplomacy and precision. Domestic and international travel will be required. Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted right-hand and gatekeeper to the Chairman’s wife, ensuring priorities are managed with discretion and efficiency. Coordinate personal and family-related scheduling, travel, and communication. Partner with the Chief of Staff, Estate Manager, Head Nanny, and household staff to maintain seamless family operations. Support philanthropic and charitable initiatives, including event planning, gala participation, and donor relations. Assist the Chairman’s daughters with projects, scheduling, and communications. Handle personal errands, appointments, and ad hoc requests with professionalism and reliability. Maintain strict confidentiality while acting as a consistent, discreet point of contact for the family. Qualifications

Proven experience supporting UHNW families or within a Family Office. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with ability to travel extensively. Strong technical proficiency (Microsoft Office, iPhone/iOS, calendar systems). Outstanding organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Calm, polished demeanor with excellent judgment under pressure. High level of discretion, professionalism, and interpersonal awareness. Service-oriented mindset with adaptability to shifting priorities. Team player who collaborates seamlessly with both household and professional staff. Strong sense of ethics, reliability, and loyalty. Ability to handle high-stress situations with poise and composure.
