Overview
InDev is seeking a Senior ServiceNow PM/Architect who will serve as a team lead and architect to design, build, and optimize ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and modules while guiding stakeholders on best practices, platform enhancements, and secure scaling of ServiceNow across the enterprise. This role will provide both hands-on development and enterprise-level architectural guidance for the government ServiceNow platform. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance. YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Architecture & Design
Lead design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions to support multiple task areas. Define and enforce ServiceNow development standards, platform governance, and security controls. Ensure ServiceNow aligns with government TRM, interoperability standards, and FedRAMP requirements.
Development & Configuration
Lead cross-functional Agile team in a Scrum Master-like role including daily standups, release reviews, retrospectives, and similar activities in a Scrum environment. Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC, etc.) to meet mission requirements. Build workflows, dashboards, catalog items, and integrations with enterprise systems. Implement automation and performance improvements across ServiceNow capabilities.
Governance & Compliance
Support governance workflows for ServiceNow requests, approvals, and enterprise change control. Ensure compliance with Section 508, FedRAMP, and DHS IT security policies. Contribute to ServiceNow-related SOPs, Centers of Excellence guidance, and architecture documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions, including feature definition and creation and management of Jira epics and user stories. Present ServiceNow roadmaps, architecture decisions, and enhancement strategies in PMRs and stakeholder meetings. Serve as the ServiceNow subject matter expert for government leadership and OIT governance bodies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must hold an active Top Secret clearance. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related discipline or a minimum of three (3) years relevant specialized experience. 7+ years of development/architecture experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architect role supporting ServiceNow development work. Proficient in cloud-based enterprise application platforms for IT services, operations, and business management. Proficient in Scrum Master and IT service delivery solutions. Proven ability to design, configure, and implement complex ServiceNow modules and workflows. Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, and integration methods (APIs, web services, MID servers). Experience supporting federal enterprise programs, with emphasis on governance and compliance. Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and government stakeholders. NICE TO HAVES
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer; Architect certifications highly desirable. Experience with DHS or CBP programs. Knowledge of enterprise governance, TRM processes, and AI/automation initiatives. Familiarity with Section 508, FISMA, and FedRAMP requirements. Clearance
