Join Exigent Services as Business Process Engineer III and be part of a dynamic team that supports the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Directorates in Fort Meade, MD with subject matter expertise in the areas of joint cyberspace operations planning, policy, strategy, and doctrine development, wargames and exercises, operations research, international and integration support, and cyber intelligence operations.
The Business Process Engineer will:
Analyze the client's current operating environment and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate discussions with leadership and Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) stakeholders to help refine your client’s definition of success and identify frustrations.
Design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using root cause analysis and develop research posting models in order to communicate discrepancies across divisional departments to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, the Operations Research Analyst will have:
10+ years of experience participating in business processes improvement
5+ years of experience with re-engineering activities, and process improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree
