Cyberspace Training Specialist Level III

Join Exigent Services as a Cyberspace Exercise Planner and be part of a dynamic team that supports the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Directorates in Fort Meade, MD. We provide subject matter expertise in the areas of joint cyberspace operations planning, policy, strategy, and doctrine development, wargames and exercises, operations research, international and integration support, and cyber intelligence operations. The Cyberspace Training Specialist Will: Assesses the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives and joint standards. Assist in evaluating training objectives. Determines revisions for course materials. Assesses courses for equivalency. Assists in maintaining joint training standards. Assists in assessing readiness for cyberspace forces for conducting cyberspace operations. Participates in the planning and scheduling of training and exercise events and observation activities. Develops requirements for collective training and exercise events. Assists in identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events both internally to USCYBERCOM and across the Joint Force for resolution. Assists in assessing training initiatives, identifying shortfalls, and developing mitigation strategies. Develops, prepares, explains, briefs, and coordinates plans, schedules, and reports. Possesses strong writing, briefing, coaching, and leading skills.
