Overview
We’re looking for a mechanically savvy professional with a strong background in commissioning complex building systems. This role will play a critical part in ensuring systems perform to design intent—working closely with project teams, construction partners, and client representatives throughout the commissioning lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanical commissioning activities for large-scale facilities, including chilled water systems, ventilation, ACC cooling towers, and related infrastructure.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation across integrated systems.
Maintain and manage all commissioning documentation, from pre-functional checklists to final turnover packages.
Act as a liaison between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate timelines and resolve issues.
Uphold rigorous QA standards, identifying and correcting deficiencies prior to handover.
Assist with training and technical support for client operations teams.
Ideal Background
Experience commissioning HVAC and mechanical systems in high-performance or mission-critical environments.
Strong understanding of system integration with controls and electrical infrastructure.
Comfortable working in the field, interfacing with multiple disciplines, and managing detailed documentation.
Qualifications
US Citizenship or Permanent United States Residency (Green Card) is Required.
Compensation:
$130,000 to $150,000+
