We are looking for an experienced
Senior Civil Engineer
to join our Florida team. This role will manage a range of civil infrastructure projects, including stormwater management systems, roadways, and site improvement projects, across our Tampa, Jacksonville, or Maitland, FL offices. Responsibilities: Oversee technical and design aspects of projects, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing site plans and construction documents Manage stormwater systems, hydraulic designs, and pump station projects Ensure project quality and adhere to design standards for a variety of civil infrastructure projects Lead business development efforts and foster relationships with new and existing clients Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across disciplines Assist with permitting, proposals, and presentations Qualifications: 10+ years of civil engineering experience required Florida Professional Engineer (PE) License required Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and hydraulic modeling software (ICPR, HEC-RAS, HydroCad) preferred Experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Bluebeam preferred Strong communication, organizational, and business development skills This is a fulltime direct hire role.
