They are assembling an elite construction leadership team to modernize the mill and tailings infrastructure, upgrade power distribution, and implement state-of-the-art process controls. As the Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (EIC) Superintendent, you will be the on-site authority driving safe, high-quality installation and turnover of all electrical and controls work - helping the project hit aggressive production targets and extend mine life for the next generation of talent. This Role Offers

Competitive Hourly Pay with weekly OT, plus $100 daily per-diem and hotel allowance. Field Leadership - Direct craft and subcontract crews installing cable tray, conduit, grounding grids, lighting, and instrumentation across mill, crusher, and TSF areas; champion zero-incident culture and enforce LOTO, arc-flash, and energization standards. Schedule & Productivity - Sequence work-fronts with civil, mechanical, and commissioning teams to maintain critical-path milestones while proactively mitigating delays caused by weather, materials, or design changes. Technical Assurance - Interpret single-lines, loop drawings, and I/O lists; resolve RFIs and drawing conflicts with engineering and vendor reps; oversee loop checks, punch-list walk-downs, and turnover packages. Quality & Compliance - Verify workmanship against NEC, NFPA 70E, and client specs; lead QA/QC inspections and maintain detailed red-lines for as-built documentation. Commissioning Support - Coordinate energization plans, ensure instrumentation is calibrated and tagged, and collaborate with automation engineers to integrate new PLC/DCS hardware. Skill Set

10+ years supervising E&I construction on heavy industrial, mining, or petrochemical projects. Licensed Journeyman/Master Electrician or equivalent E&I technologist background. Expertise with low- and medium-voltage power systems, instrumentation devices, motor controls, and industrial networking. Demonstrated success mentoring field teams, managing subcontract scopes, and upholding strict safety protocols. Proficiency in Navisworks, SmartPlant, or similar document-control/turnover tools is an advantage. Ability to work a 3-weeks-on / 1-week-off rotation, 10-hour shifts, and travel to satellite sites as needed. About Blue Signal
