Competitive Edge Physical Therapy is a fast-growing, privately owned, sports orthopedic and biomechanics practice with locations in San Jose and Santa Clara, California. We are cash-based, do not contract with insurance companies, and use advanced technology to attract and work with the best clients in the Bay Area. Our facility is a research-grade biomechanics lab and human performance center that caters to athletes of all levels. Our center is outfitted with 3D IMU sensors, muscle EMG, force plates, and high-speed video. Our team serves as the physical therapy team for the MLS San Jose Earthquakes and works with high-level ultra and marathon runners. Our vision is to transform the field of physical therapy from boring and outdated to technology-forward and engaging. Every week we block two hours for training and education as a team and one hour for direct, one-on-one mentorship with an experienced OCS, CSCS, and DNS credentialed physical therapist. For the right candidate who has aspirations for clinic ownership, Competitive Edge offers a pathway to become an owner of a new Competitive Edge location with on-the-job mentorship and training provided. Current CA and PT license Current CPR Certification 2+ years experience preferred - new grads welcome to apply CSCS and OCS – preferred Strong communication and clinical decision making skills Must be a US Citizen Position Highlights:
