Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our quickly growing team at Roba Physical Therapy, with locations in

Newington and Glastonbury, CT. This isn’t your typical PT clinic job — we’re a fast-growing, independently owned private practice (2 locations in 4 years) built on a mission to treat every patient like family, combining evidence-based care with a truly personal touch. If you’re looking to work in a place that values leadership, mentorship, autonomy, and clinical excellence this could be the perfect fit. What You’ll Do

Evaluate and treat patients across a variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions. Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care that focus on both recovery and long-term performance. Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their rehab journey. Collaborate closely with an experienced and supportive clinical team. Document patient care efficiently and accurately in accordance with state and payer guidelines. Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities. Engage with the local community through workshops, outreach events, and partnerships with athletic organizations. Why You’ll Love Working Here

At Roba PT, you’ll be part of a growing, tight-knit team that believes in doing things differently — where quality care, professional growth, and patient outcomes come first. We pride ourselves on being a clinic that values our therapists, supports work-life balance, and provides a platform for you to make a lasting impact in your community. You’ll have the opportunity to

Work 1-on-1 with patients in an energetic, modern clinic. Be part of a collaborative and innovative team culture. Grow your skills through mentorship, continuing education, and leadership pathways. Treat athletes and active individuals from local schools, sports clubs, and performance facilities. What We’re Looking For

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current CT PT license (or eligibility to obtain one). Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care. Ability to manage a full caseload while maintaining high standards of care and documentation. Interest in orthopedics, sports rehab, and performance-based physical therapy. New grads are welcome — mentorship and structured onboarding are provided. Special interests or certifications (OCS, CSCS, SFMA, Dry Needling, etc.) are a plus.
