Primary responsibilities Primary responsibilities of the job include:
Oversees all operations in the Asphalt division
Manages budget, estimating, and developing business
Manages materials, quality, and testing
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of ODOT rules
Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
Manage personnel
A successful candidate will possess the following
3-5 years direct experience in asphalt and materials construction industries
Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently, demonstrate excellent communication skills
Must have experience with multi-million dollar projects
Salary Range: $110-170K
