Responsibilities
Seeking a Superintendent with experience running commercial or public works projects
Experience supervising your own jobs with strong leadership skills
Must have experience with projects from $5K-1 million in size
Must have at least 5 years’ experience
Ground up experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Successfully completing projects on time and on budget
Qualifications
A 4-year degree in Construction or Engineering
Previous experience running projects up to $1 million
A desire to do things right the first time
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Understanding of shop drawings
Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
Salary Range: $100-135K
