Director of Reconstruction

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedRegional Construction Manager to oversee our construction operations across multiple sites within the region. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in construction management, financial acumen, and client relations. Key Responsibilities: Profit & Loss Management: Own the regional P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded through effective cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting. Job Conversion & Profitability: Drive job conversion rates from bids to executed projects, maximize job profitability, and implement strategies to improve project margins. Client Satisfaction: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through quality delivery, communication, and problem resolution. Collections: Oversee project billing and collections to ensure timely cash flow and minimize receivables. Process Development & Enforcement: Create, implement, and continuously improve standardized processes and best practices for project delivery, safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Accountability & Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to uphold safety, quality, and performance standards. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the region. Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates on financial performance, project status, and operational metrics to senior management. Qualifications: Proven experience in construction management, with a strong track record of managing P&L and project profitability Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong financial and analytical skills Ability to develop and enforce operational processes Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control Experienced with Insurance based renovations and repairs Experienced with Fire, Mold, & Water damage repairs Experienced with Third Party Administrators compliance Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Join us to lead our regional construction operations, ensuring our projects are profitable, clients are satisfied, and our standards are upheld across all sites.
