Job Description Psychologist (Full Time, Evening shift) 3:30 - 9:00 pm - 300114 Job Summary Provides psychological services. Job Specific Duties Completes and oversees therapist documentation and record keeping for quality, appropriateness, and completeness. Ensures all psychological treatment programs demonstrate evidence-based outcomes. Oversees the completion of the initial psychosocial evaluation within the first 2 sessions, including DSM diagnosis, clinical observations, and treatment plan recommendations. Provides direct care, psychological therapies, and evaluations to patients. Provides in-service training to staff, interns, students, the hospital, and community. Supervises interns and students to ensure psychological treatments and assessment procedures are completed. Reviews and completes ongoing documentation and progress notes for each patient session, tracking treatment goals and responses. Schedules patient appointments within 24 hours of assignment. Completes outpatient charges immediately after sessions and maintains organized records for easy access and discrepancy resolution. Qualifications Complete CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Crisis Intervention Training within 90 days of hire and maintain active status. Maintain active CPR/HEART certification throughout employment. Complete Level II Background Check and Affidavit of Good Moral Character, maintaining active status. Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in Florida or eligible for licensure. Completion of an APA/CPA accredited doctoral internship. Board eligible with ABPP or equivalent. Experience in individual and family therapy, pediatric psychology, and clinical supervision. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Problem-solving skills to develop and evaluate psychological treatment plans. Ability to work therapeutically with patients and their families. Competency in psychological assessments and report writing. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Job
