Overview
Director, Cardiology Critical Care Unit – Lenox Hill Hospital New York, NY Northwell Health’s Department of Cardiology is seeking an experienced, dynamic Board-Certified Cardiology Intensivist to become the Director of the CCU and join the cardiac team at Lenox Hill Hospital, located in New York City.
Responsibilities
Lead the Cardiology Critical Care Unit (CCU) as Director and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Heart Failure physicians, Cardiologists, Cardiothoracic Surgeons, and Pulmonary and Critical Care Physicians.
Provide care for a wide array of acute and chronically ill patients, including bedside procedures, within an interdisciplinary care model that includes advanced heart failure and multi-system disease management.
Educate and mentor students, residents, fellows, and staff; implement quality improvement initiatives; and participate in clinical research.
Qualifications
Board-Certified in Critical Care and Cardiology.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Exceptional clinical skills and a track record in education, research, or academic leadership.
