We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our HVAC Install team! We are a small, family-owned business aiming to expand and find the perfect candidate for the role of Install Helper. Must be a go-getter, a team player, willing to learn, and have fun.
Requirements:
Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
Clean driving record, able to drive a company vehicle, and insured on company vehicle insurance.
Possess most basic required hand tools for installing furnaces and air conditioners in residential settings.
RMGA, EPA, NATE certifications are a plus.
Punctual and reliable.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs multiple times a day.
Pass a background check and drug test.
Prior residential HVAC installing experience.
Work Schedule and Benefits: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with some Saturday and overtime shifts during busy seasons. We provide a company vehicle, gas card, iPad, and phone reimbursement after training. Compensation is competitive and based on performance.
