Google is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Large Customer Sales (LCS) team. The team is responsible for helping major global businesses navigate industry shifts and drive business performance by selling Google's advertising solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of experience in digital advertising, and experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. Responsibilities

Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies. Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers, while maintaining account hygiene. Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve business growth goals. Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives. Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline. Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a business-related field. 4 years of experience managing digital marketing/advertising campaigns, and managing relationships with clients, customers, or agencies. 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization. Experience in customer-facing consulting or business. Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services. Experience with Google Ads, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360, YouTube or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
