Allied Universal is hiring an Enterprise Accounts and Partnerships Manager. The Enterprise Accounts and Partnerships Manager is an internal and external point of contact for Enterprise Accounts and Partnership Programs and business development opportunities. The Enterprise Accounts and Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing high-value enterprise accounts, identifying new partnership opportunities, and driving long-term revenue growth through collaborative initiatives. This position can be remote or located in a local Allied Universal office. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide strategic and administrative support to Senior Leadership in managing enterprise-level relationships and national agreements with venue event services groups (e.g., OVG, Legends, ASM) Lead business development coordination efforts for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, aligning efforts across all Allied Universal business units and cultivating relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with regional and branch operations, as well as corporate departments, to lead initiatives related to training, technology deployment, and operational metrics Design and implement a sponsorship utilization tracking system to optimize asset deployment across clients, prospects, and internal recognition programs Partner with the Leadership Team to expand the Corporate Event Security program, leveraging existing frameworks with high profile technology clients to drive new business opportunities Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and implementation strategy for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, integrating Allied Universal services across markets Support Senior Leadership with additional strategic initiatives and special projects as needed QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE): Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Current driver’s license if driving a company- or customer-owned vehicle Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic partnerships, or event services. Minimum of six (6) years of operations experience in the security industry in a leadership role Proven success in managing national accounts and high-profile partnerships Strong analytical skills with experience using enterprise tools (e.g., DOMO, WinTeam) Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership abilities Strong level of understanding of Allied Universal’s operations, client diversity, etc. Solid understanding of all key corporate and field functions, their roles in the organization, and the ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with key contacts in corporate and field functions Demonstrated initiative, adept at handling multiple assignments, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines Committed to delivering high-quality customer service, building client relationships, upholding integrity, and delivering continuous financial results Proficient in web-based applications and computer systems Including Microsoft Office and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology Demonstrated ability to collaborate and engage as a leader Ability to successfully partner with all levels of the organization to identify, analyze, and solve problems for continuous improvement Able to use independent judgement and discretion PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE): Experience with large-scale event planning (Olympics, World Cup, etc.) BENEFITS: Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance Enrollment in our company’s 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
