We are currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordinate staffing schedules for nursing and other facility departments.
Receive and act on requests for staff coverage promptly.
Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for resident care.
Collaborate with management and frontline staff to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Maintain employee availability lists and contact information.
Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling orientation of new staff.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state staffing requirements.
Requirements: Licensure/Certification:
CNA, CMT certification preferred.
Experience:
Two or more years of administrative/clerical experience. Staffing experience is a must.
