We are currently seeking a Maintenance Director.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversee the department and lead a team of employees

Utilize management experience, preferably in a long-term care facility with life safety knowledge

Apply general knowledge of heating and air-conditioning

Perform basic construction and repair tasks

Conduct electrical wiring and repair work

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues

Requirements:

This “hands-on” position requires organization and leadership/management experience preferably in a long term care facility and life safety
