Desert Pines is southern Nevada’s only full-service primary care, referral, and emergency hospital for horses, offering sports medicine, surgery, internal medicine, reproduction, preventive care, ambulatory, emergency, and critical care services. Desert Pines Equine Medical and Surgical Center was established in 1998. Las Vegas offers a diverse equine community with events such as show jumping, dressage, eventing, racing, western disciplines, cutting, and rodeo.
