Overview Pega’s Product Marketing Senior Manager of AI & Cloud leads messaging, content creation, and go-to-market execution for Pega’s foundational AI and cloud capabilities. Translate technical depth into compelling value, drive launch excellence across channels, and shape competitive positioning in hyperscaler ecosystems. Define and track KPIs such as cloud ACV, GenAI adoption, and customer satisfaction to drive product and field success.
What You’ll Do at Pega
Messaging & Positioning: Own persona-based messaging for security, compliance, and architecture across all channels.
Launch Execution: Lead GTM orchestration for foundational capabilities—ensuring smooth sales, enablement, and adoption.
Competitive Intelligence: Benchmark hyperscaler and AI competitors; deliver actionable insights for product and field teams.
Metrics & Scorecards: Track KPIs to inform roadmap, improve delivery, and enhance customer experience.
Program Support: Communicate cross-functional changes (e.g., migrations, deprecations) with clarity and empathy.

What You’ve Accomplished
7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, including 3+ years in cloud/AI.
Proven ownership of messaging, content creation, launch plans, and enablement.
Experience with partner marketing and competitive analysis.
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, and AI governance frameworks.
