As our Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our billing processes. You’ll work closely with project managers, accounting staff, and clients, using your expertise to keep our operations running smoothly. Your attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service will help us maintain the trust and satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities:
Prepare and process accurate billing for construction projects. Coordinate with project managers and accounting teams to gather necessary information. Review and verify contract terms, change orders, and work completed. Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and adjustments. Assist with month-end reporting and account reconciliations. What We’re Looking For:
Experience in billing, accounting, or related field (construction industry experience a plus). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in accounting software (experience with quickbooks is a must).
