About the Role:
This is a high-impact, high-visibility position supporting executive leadership across Finance, Strategy, Business Development, and Risk. You’ll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning — all while helping shape investment and business strategy decisions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic and tactical work, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and wants visibility with senior leadership. Strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes using performance management software
Prepare financial reporting and variance analysis; identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Support strategic planning, investment modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV), and scenario analysis
Collaborate on business case development, long-range planning, and board-level presentations
Coach and manage one direct report; foster a high-performing team culture
Leverage financial systems and tools to improve reporting and analytics
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
5+ years of progressive finance experience
Strong modeling skills (three-statement models) and executive-level presentation skills
Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Oracle, Planful, or similar
Proven experience working cross-functionally and influencing decision-makers
