The Opportunity
This is a newly created FP&A Manager role, reporting directly to the VP of Finance. You'll help drive planning, modeling, and business decision support across the organization. It’s a hands-on role in a lean, high-impact finance team — ideal for someone who thrives in both detailed execution and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning efforts
Build and maintain complex financial models (3-statement, store-level P&Ls, etc.)
Deliver monthly and ad hoc financial reporting and performance analysis
Create executive-ready presentations and dashboards for senior leadership
Act as finance business partner to store operations, merchandising, and supply chain
Support cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis
Ideal Candidate Profile
5–7+ years of finance or FP&A experience (retail or consumer industry preferred)
Strong P&L analysis, forecasting, and modeling skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint required; SQL and Power BI highly preferred
Experience creating and presenting executive-level financial decks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; MBA or CPA a plus
