Summary: Responsible for verifying eligibility and benefits with insurance companies for inpatient and outpatient services. Pre-admit patients with complete and accurate demographic and insurance information. Assures proper pre-authorization/authorization has been obtained for inpatient and outpatient services. Inform patients of insurance benefits, including co-payments, deductibles, and prior balances. Performs functions with a high level of productivity. Responsibilities

High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience (claim filing, processing, or pre-certification) or Associates or Bachelors degree; customer service and computer skills required. Details
