This position is crucial for enhancing patient care by ensuring all projects within the Baptist Health organization are executed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities

The Construction Supervisor provides on-site leadership for the management and execution of construction and renovation projects. Ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget to enhance patient care. Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision. Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Experience working in a healthcare environment. Skills and Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Strong understanding of project management principles, including risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with diverse groups like clinical teams and construction crews. Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Thorough knowledge of construction site safety standards. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly. Connect With Us
