We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development. This role is critical to identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients through strategic outreach, setting the stage for successful sales conversions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about driving new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Prospect Identification: Source and identify high-potential leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and CRM platforms. Outreach Execution: Conduct high-volume, multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, social media) to engage decision-makers and generate interest. Lead Qualification: Perform discovery calls to assess prospect needs, budget, and decision-making authority. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas. Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide feedback to refine targeting strategies. CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to enhance outreach effectiveness. Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or a similar role. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in cold calling and objection handling. Highly organized with a metrics-driven mindset and focus on achieving targets. Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a dynamic, high-growth environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required with proven success). Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Apollo.io for lead generation. Exposure to enterprise IT or SaaS sales environments. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and automation platforms.
