Position: AI/ML Engineer (GenAI) Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 annually. For vendors: $70–$73/hr Responsibilities
Develop and deploy AI/ML models, including Generative AI and LLM fine-tuning. Implement multi-agent systems and agentic AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile Scrum methodologies. Perform data engineering and data science tasks to prepare and process large datasets. Optimize models for performance and scalability in AWS environments. Ensure continuous improvement through analytical thinking and creative problem-solving. Required Skills & Experience
