AI/ML Engineer (Gen AI)

Position: SAP/ERP/IT Recruitment Lead @ PTR Global, a Pinnacle Group Company Location & Schedule Day 1 Onsite Austin, TX (Client prefers local folks) Hybrid – 3 days onsite / week (Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite; Monday, Friday remote) Type Long term contract No mid layer / No Implementation partners are involved Compensation Base pay range: $65.00/yr - $70.00/yr Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr Minimum Qualifications Minimum 8-12 years strong background exp needed Experience in GenAI such as LLM fine-tune and Agentic AI Skill sets: Data Science (5-10 years) Analytic Thinking (5-10 years) Agentic AI – 2-4 years LLM fine-tuning – 2-4 years Multi Agent – 2-4 years Python – 5-10 years AWS – 2-4 years Communications skills – 5-10 years Agile Scrum – 1 year Creative Thinking – Nice to have Responsibilities In addition to the development of the software, and corresponding artifacts, participate and support reviews with client internal groups, testing at various stages of the project, and production cutover and warranty support. Additional Information Must have experience in GenAI such LLM fine-tune and Agentic AI.
