Provide advanced support to customers and the tech team for escalated technical issues Configure and enhance features to meet customer needs Perform QA testing on updates and improvements Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues Write helpful knowledge base articles for both internal use and customer support Train new hires and provide mentorship to current team members Respond to support tickets, emails, and calls with friendly, effective solutions Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networks (including routers, switches, and servers) Keep internal records accurate and up-to-date Stay on top of the latest tech trends and tools Work together with teammates to share knowledge and ideas Occasionally travel onsite for maintenance and hands-on support Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant IT experience Associate's degree in an IT-related field OR equivalent combo of certifications and hands-on experience Confident with DNS, DHCP, Port Forwarding Experience with LAN, firewalls, routers, printers Strong troubleshooting skills for network issues Microsoft Office 365 admin experience Skilled in software installation, updates, and patching PowerShell and scripting know-how Hands-on with Microsoft Server (2016–2022) and desktop OS (Windows 10 & 11, macOS) Excellent time management and multitasking ability Friendly, clear communicator (with techies and non-techies alike!) Strong documentation habits Valid Driver’s License (Required) Location

Plano, TX 75093 (Must be local or willing to relocate prior to starting) Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (occasional weekends as needed) Salary
