Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 technical support to end users (onsite and remote)
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
Install and configure operating systems, applications, and updates
Assist with user account setup and Microsoft 365 administration
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and system details
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with users
Occasionally travel onsite to client locations for support and maintenance
Requirements
Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic macOS support
Familiar with DNS, DHCP, and basic network configurations
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (email, Teams, OneDrive)
Comfortable with common hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, peripherals)
1–3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
Associate's degree in a related field OR equivalent certifications/experience (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.)
