Install and configure commercial AV systems, including displays, projectors, video walls, audio systems, and conferencing platforms. Pull, terminate, and label cables to professional standards (Cat6, fiber, HDMI, etc.). Assist with rack builds, equipment mounting, and system commissioning. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments to ensure quality performance. Work closely with Lead Technicians and Project Managers to deliver projects on schedule. Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service calls. Provide basic client training and system handoff support. Qualifications
2–5+ years of AV installation or field technician experience. Hands-on knowledge of AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, Q-Sys, or similar platforms. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and project documentation. Strong troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software components. Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in construction environments. Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as needed. Industry certifications (CTS, Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys, or manufacturer-specific) strongly preferred Benefits
