Through intense training and a variety of business-critical assignments, technical and business skills are developed. LADR graduates have the technical and business foundation to make innovative contributions that help our clients be successful in a dynamic world. The program consists of the following functions: Operations, Commercial, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Software Development. Connect with industry leaders, fellow LADR participants and professionals who share your passion for excellence.**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:**LADR program members at FORTNA experience technically challenging rotations that are driven by opportunities to solve our clients’ toughest distribution problems.**Commercial Function Overview**Work with an account executive building a proposal for a project, whether it is a design project or an implementation one.To understand the consulting engagements. Ideally an Ops Design, but could be other projects like strategy, assessment or IDD. Going through all the steps of the project such as data, requirements, concept hypothesis formulation, solution refinement, estimation and final presentation.Requirements gathering and validation To experience the more technical aspects of the Commercial department, such as the solution architect and the technical design engineer, as well as implementation planning and estimation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
