The SFDC Developer will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM implementations aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives, from requirements analysis through deployment and post-implementation support. Architect scalable and high-performance Service Cloud solutions using core Salesforce capabilities such as Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge, CTI, and Live Chat. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators. Design, develop, and review Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, and integration frameworks in alignment with Salesforce best practices and governance standards. Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and DevOps practices, including version control and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and solution architects to translate business requirements into effective technical designs. Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Ensure Salesforce applications meet security, data integrity, and performance optimization standards. Participate in solution estimation, technical proposals, and pre-sales discussions as required. Required Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Strong experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud features such as Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Knowledge, and CTI integrations. In-depth understanding of Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, and governor limits. Proven experience leading onshore and offshore teams and managing multiple development workstreams. Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum-based delivery frameworks. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with advanced Salesforce capabilities such as Einstein Bots, Field Service Lightning (FSL), or Salesforce Industries. Familiarity with CI/CD automation, DevOps processes, and test-driven development (TDD) in Salesforce environments. Experience delivering enterprise integrations involving large data volumes and complex business logic. Demonstrated ability to mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and drive technical excellence. Certifications

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (required) Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect (preferred)
