Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant with expertise in
Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and fintech . The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of work experience, including 2-3 years focused on financial management, compliance, and reporting within the NBFC and Fintech sectors. Industry experience in Consumer Electronics is also preferred. About Organization:

Financial Reporting and Analysis Analyze financial data to generate reports and insights. Ensure compliance with accounting standards. Regulatory Compliance Keep abreast of NBFC regulations and ensure adherence. Prepare and submit compliance reports. Audit and Internal Controls Coordinate audits and monitor internal controls. Budgeting and Financial Planning Develop budgets and forecasts in collaboration with teams. Monitor and analyze budget variances. Taxation and GST Manage taxation matters and ensure timely GST filings. Risk Management Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risk exposure to strengthen risk management frameworks. Financial Strategy and Insights Contribute to financial strategy formulation. Provide insights to enhance financial performance and growth. Qualifications and Requirements:
A valid Chartered Accountant (CA) membership. 4-5 years of financial management experience. 2-3 years of relevant experience in NBFC and Fintech sectors. Strong understanding of NBFC regulations, reporting standards, and accounting principles. Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with proficiency in financial software. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Leadership qualities to mentor and develop team members.
