Our client, a reputable Law firm, is seeking an experienced
Chief Financial Officer (b>CFO ) in Florida to oversee all financial operations and strategic fiscal management. The CFO will partner with firm leadership to drive profitability, ensure compliance, and support long-term growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Direct and manage all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, billing, collections, and payroll. Provide strategic financial analysis and guidance to firm leadership and partners. Oversee cash flow management, capital planning, and financial reporting. Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting and finance team to ensure operational excellence. Collaborate with practice group leaders and department heads to support firm-wide initiatives and financial goals. Implement and enhance financial systems, policies, and internal controls. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
