Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports for executive leadership. Manage and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and guidance. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the finance department. Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management. Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy. Implement improvements to streamline financial operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives. Engage with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
