Database Smart campaigns Lead follow up CRM mastery Follow the team plan Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Qualifications

Good communication Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation
