Real Estate Broker

We are seeking a licensed real estate broker to lead a small team of newly licensed agents at our Revere office. The team will consist of no more than 3 to 5 agents. In return for providing mentorship and leadership, the broker will receive a generous commission split on personal sales, along with potential bonuses—including a percentage of overall office transactions and access to marketing and administrative support—based on experience and performance. Our main office is located on Ocean Avenue, right on Revere Beach, offering excellent visibility, a steady flow of walk-in clients, and a beautifully maintained workspace. We also proudly operate a second location in historic Boston, right on vibrant Newbury Street!
