The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in employee relations, with a strong background in investigating complaints of discrimination and harassment. This role requires a proactive and empathetic individual who can handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.# **Key Responsibilities:*** Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into complaints of discrimination, harassment, and other workplace issues.* Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, and workplace conflicts.* Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.* Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.* Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address and resolve complex employee relations issues.* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all employee relations cases and investigations.* Assist in developing and conducting training sessions for employees and managers on topics related to employee relations, such as anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies.* Stay up-to-date with current employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.# **Ideal Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.* At least 6 years of experience in employee relations, including investigating complaints of discrimination and harassment.* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Ability to work in our **New York City office three days per week** (Midtown South, Manhattan) located at One Madison Avenue.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) a plus.* Experience in a consulting role or working with multiple clients.Compensation: We expect the base salary for this position to range between $130,000 - $158,000, depending on level of relevant experience.*Key words: employee relations, ER partner, ER consultant, Human Resources Business Partner, HRBP, employment law, employment attorney, JD, investigations, conflict resolution, consulting, compliance*#LI-US#Hybrid# ******Experience our welcoming culture and reach your professional and personal potential!******Our culture is shaped by the variety of perspectives and experiences brought by talent from around the world.
