Job Title: Lenel Installer Technician 2
Location:
Bethesda, MD Active Secret Clearance Required Lenel or Milestone Cert preferred Pay:
$30-45/hour Hiring immediately for full-time work.
Responsibilities
Installation and Maintenance:
Install, configure, program, and maintain security systems, including but not limited to access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection systems, and other security technologies. Conduct system upgrades and modifications to meet client requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with project and installation teams to ensure successful implementation of security solutions.
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently. Conduct diagnostic tests and utilize troubleshooting tools to analyze system performance. Provide remote and on-site support to address client concerns and maintain system functionality.
Customer Support:
Interface directly with clients to understand their needs and address inquiries. Provide training and guidance to clients on system operation and maintenance. Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.
Qualifications
Minimum high school degree.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the installation and maintenance of security systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostics of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems. Lenel, Software House, Genetec, Milestone, Axis, Bosch, and DMP.
Technical expertise in relevant technologies and platforms.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Relevant certifications are a plus with regards to video surveillance, electronics, intrusion detection systems.
