ParqEx is looking for ambitious, results-driven
Full-Cycle Inside Sales Representatives
with 3-5 years of experience to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and manage inbound leads. You will be responsible for engaging
real estate owners and managers
across the U.S., helping them optimize their properties with our industry-leading parking solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the full-cycle sales process—from lead generation to closing deals.
Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with
real estate professionals, property managers, and developers .
Proactively manage inbound leads and strategically prospect new opportunities.
Utilize CRM tools to track and monitor pipeline activity, ensuring follow-ups and engagement.
Conduct engaging discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Leverage social media, email, phone outreach, and networking events to generate leads.
Collaborate cross-functionally with
Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams
to refine messaging and drive sales.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of inside sales experience , preferably in SaaS or real estate tech.
Proven success in managing a sales pipeline and exceeding revenue goals.
Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and CRM best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player.
Experience in
real estate, proptech, or parking solutions
is a plus.
