Responsibilities

Engage with inbound and outbound seller leads, build rapport quickly, and consult property owners on the best options for selling their real estate.

Conduct structured discovery conversations to uncover motivation, timeline, property condition, and decision-makers.

Learn and apply property underwriting fundamentals to analyze deals and present strong, competitive offers aligned with market conditions.

Guide sellers through a simple, transparent, and convenient selling process while setting clear expectations from first contact to close.

Accurately document conversations, property details, and next steps with clear, concise notes in the CRM to support deal flow and team handoffs.

Attend ongoing sales trainings, role-plays, and coaching sessions to continuously improve communication, negotiation, and sales performance.

Consistently follow up with prospects and manage pipeline activity to hit individual and team performance goals.

Compensation Compensation:

$80,000 - $150,000 per year
